  • Highlights of this year belonged to Neutral Milk Hotel, Chris Gethard, Soundgarden & Nine Inch Nails, The Replacements, and Guided By Voices.

• Allie’s Top 10 Albums
  • Throwback sounds and new albums by old favorites topped this year’s list topped including acoustic gems by Beck and J. Mascis, powerful punk by Ex Hex and Joyce Manor, and more. The list rounded out with Ryan Adams, Weird Al, First Aid Kit, Jack White, Spoon, and Bob Mould.

• Chris’s Top 10 Albums
  • Parquet Courts, Bob Mould, and OFF! were among 2014’s best releases.  Other top albums were Fucked Up, Guided By Voices, Against Me!, Doug Gillard, Spoon, Damien Albarn, and Aphex Twin.
